Overview

Ultra-high frequency RFID medical consumables cabinet, based on RFID technology, automatically senses the inventory inside the consumables cabinet and realizes the automatic record of consumables requisition, which is convenient and efficient. One medicine, one code. By using ultra-high frequency RFID tags, a unique identity ID is assigned to each consumable. From the system entry of the consumable, the unique value of the tag is bound. When in use, the nurse opens the cabinet door by means of finger vein, card swiping, etc. They can directly collect and close the door. The type, specification, quantity and other information of the used consumables will be automatically recorded, and the corresponding settlement information will be pushed to the patient for settlement.

Working environment conditions

The product is suitable for hospital operating rooms, interventional rooms, etc., and can also be placed in dedicated consumables rooms.

Safety and protective measures

When the equipment is not in use, the power supply must be cut off.

The equipment is for fixed use and can lean against the wall at the back.

The panel is made of tempered glass. Do not strike it with gravity or sharp objects.

Except for maintenance personnel, no one else is allowed to open the top maintenance panel.

An optional receipt printer is available to print the data for record-keeping.

The secondary cabinets can be controlled and cascaded through the main cabinet to achieve multi-cabinet control, unified data summary and external data interaction.

Installation and commissioning

The ultra-high frequency medical consumables cabinet is shipped by conducting a complete machine test and packaging the entire machine in a wooden box before shipment. Customers can directly enter the commissioning and acceptance stage without installation.

Structural Acceptance

Check the accessories on the packing list and verify whether the connections between each device are normal.

Check whether each component is firmly fixed.

Daily maintenance and repair

1. Before starting up, check the power supply and control switches. Whether the buttons and the like are safe. Reliable.

2. After power-on, if network communication cannot be established, please open the top maintenance cover, check if the network cable is connected properly, and search for the IP through the Demo. If the software fails to open due to the situation where the IP can be searched, please check whether the local IP and the device IP are in the same network segment.

3. If there is any missed reading, please check whether the tag is damaged or the reading distance is too close, whether the equipment power needs to be adjusted and whether all antennas are turned on.

4. In case of any abnormality with the equipment, immediately press the emergency switch and check the working condition of all parts of the equipment. If you cannot rule it out by yourself, you should contact the after-sales department of the equipment immediately.

5. The equipment has not been used for a long time. The power supply should be cut off.

7. Transportation and storage

7.1 Transportation and Requirements

It is suitable for transportation modes such as railways, highways, aviation and waterways.

If the products are transported by dedicated vehicles, foam packaging can be adopted. For logistics transportation, wooden crates are used for packaging.
