Overview

HEAT™ (Heating Equilibrium Adaptive Tuning) intelligent thermal balance control technology is the core technology for the precise management and control of the entire printing process. Through intelligent and precise algorithms, the heating control of the print head is adjusted in real time and precisely according to the printed content. Thanks to the precise control of the heating process by HEAT™ technology, the overall heating efficiency of POSTEK printers has now been increased to over 30%, reducing energy consumption and being environmentally friendly.

At the same time, due to the shortened duration of the high-temperature state, the lifespan of the print head has been significantly extended. We have independently developed the technology of printing first and then reading and writing electronic tags, achieving a 100% label qualification rate and eliminating the misuse of defective labels. This provides the best reading, writing and printing solution for automated sorting systems. The precise tag antenna positioning technology enables the reading, writing and printing of electronic tags with a minimum height of 12 millimeters. It also supports the reading, writing and printing of flexible anti-metal electronic tags.

With flexible compatibility of consumables, its application fields are more extensive. The technologically advanced one-click tag positioning function automatically detects the position of the tag antenna and the optimal reading and writing area, which is highly efficient, intelligent, simple and convenient. The first sheet printing technology supports the first sheet printing of electronic tags of various specifications and sizes, achieving zero waste of tags and reducing the usage cost to a lower level.
