Product features
The cabinet is equipped with an RFID device featuring self-developed anti-collision algorithm technology. It can automatically count and verify the receipts and documents inside the cabinet in real time and transmit the data to the background server. It can display the borrowing and returning records in real time, ensuring that the records are 100% consistent with the physical items.
File location function
The cabinet is equipped with a built-in ticket positioning sensor device. When the documents inside the cabinet need to be taken out or placed in, it can automatically identify and locate the current position of the documents, and give audible and visual prompts. It can also be used for search and location, making it convenient to obtain the documents.
Positioning data binding
The cabinet is equipped with a positioning logic determination function. When performing the operation of placing bill files, the real-time position is bound with the current bill data, and the current storage status of the grid can be determined. The number of Spaces and the storage quantity in the cabinet can be displayed in real time.
Alarm/reminder function
The cabinet is equipped with an alarm/reminder function, which determines the current storage status of the grid and provides corresponding sound and light prompts. If the system self-checks and finds that the inventory data is inconsistent, it will issue an alarm prompt.
